Keith Belcher was educated in Missouri public schools. He graduated from SMU Law School with degrees in Business and Economics. He is the Senior Vice President of J.E. Robert Company, Inc. He married his wife Becky in 1990 and has two daughters.
Diane Cooper received a B.A. at St. Joseph College, an M.Ed. at the University of North Texas and her Ed.D. at the University of San Francisco. She was a secondary English teacher and department chair for 10 years and was head of school for 28 years at 4 different schools (two in Dallas, Texas, one in Vero Beach, Florida, and one in Columbus, Ohio). She is currently an Assistant Professor of Education and Director of Clinical Education at Webster University in St. Louis. Diane founded DECATS (DeBusk Enrichment Center for Academically Talented Students) in 1990 at the Immaculate Conception School in Grand Prairie, Texas. She is a frequent speaker at educational conferences on gifted education. The National Catholic Education Association honored her as a National Distinguished Principal in 1990. In 1991, the U.S. Department of Education also honored her as National Distinguished Principal. She served on the Executive Board of the National Catholic Education Association, the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce in Vero Beach, Florida and the Executive Board of the Florida Council of Independent Schools. She recently served as President of the Ohio Association of Independent Schools. Diane has been married to Charles Cooper since 1968. They have two grown children, a son and a daughter, and three grandchildren.
Sue Bryant Francis was educated in the Richardson Independent School District, Richardson, Texas and attended the University of North Texas for both undergraduate and graduate degrees. She was employed by the R.I.S.D. as a teacher for 8 years and a building level administrator for 20 years plus one year of college teaching. Sue has been active in professional organizations at the local, state and national level as well as in civic organizations and community service. She is a noted speaker in the field of education.
Kari Kolber is the Registered Agent for DeBusk Foundation. She has been employed by Manuel DeBusk and/or DeBusk Foundation since March 27, 1995. She has a non-voting position as Secretary of the Board, Bookkeeper, and Webmaster for DeBusk Foundation. She was educated in Texas public schools and attended Northlake Junior College. She has been married to Paul Kolber since September 22, 2001.
Patricia McNutt was educated in Texas public schools and received a BBA in Business Communications and an MS in Economics from Baylor University. She retired from JP Morgan in 2011 after 34 years with that organization and its predecessor banks. During her tenure with JP Morgan Bank, Patricia held numerous management positions including managing commercial credit, insurance, middle market, business development and private banking departments. Her community involvement includes being a member of the 1997 Leadership Dallas class and serving as a trustee to the Dallas Theatre Center. Patricia has been married to Stephen McNutt since 1978.
Dr. Mary F. (Marty) Webb has been an educator for over 40 years. She has been a teacher, private tutor, consultant, college instructor and principal. She received a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education from the University of Michigan, a master’s degree in educational administration from Houston Baptist University, and a doctorate in private school leadership from the University of San Francisco. Dr. Webb served for 17 years as principal for Corpus Christi Catholic School in Houston, a United States Department of Education Blue Ribbon School. She is the Founder and Head of The Monarch School, a therapeutic day school in Houston for children with neurological differences (www.monarchschool.org). She and her husband Eugene, a psychotherapist in Houston, are popular speakers for school facilities, adult church groups and service organizations. They are the parents of four grown children and fourteen grandchildren.
